19 children who were being bought from Bihar to work in Mumbai as labourers were rescued on Monday. The children were between 10-16 years of age.
The train in which the children were being bought originated from Raxaul (Bihar) and terminated at Thane, instead of its original destination (Lokmanya Tilak Terminus), where the children were rescued.
