November last year was a miserable month for North India, especially NCR. The toxic smog was back, bringing with it a spate of health hazards. Environmentalist Sunita Narain wishes that Indians could exercise their basic right to breathe clean air. “Right to breathe clean air is our Fundamental Right and we need to secure that,” she says.
