West Bengal Board Class 12 Declared: Toppers and Pass Percentage

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) announced the result for Higher Secondary or Class 12 examination on Friday, 8 June. The pass percentage this year stood at 83.75. The results are available on the official website of WBCHSE – wbresults.nic.in.

Around 8.26 lakh students appeared for the Uccha Madhyamik (West Bengal Class 12 exams) this year. The exams were held from 27 March to 11 April 11.

List of Toppers and Highlights:

• Granthan Sengupta: 99.2 percent (Jalpaiguri Jila School, Jalpaiguri)
• Ritvik Kumar Sahoo: 98.6 percent (Hamilton School, Tamluk)
• Arkadipta Ghosh: 97.2 percent (Jadavpur Vidyapith)
• Aritro Roy (Pathfinder Public School, Kolkata)
• Biswajit Dutta topped from the Commerce stream with 483 marks (96.5%). (Krishnapur Adarsha Vidyamandir, Dumdum Park, Kolkata)
• 15 students secure ninth rank with 482 marks:
  Sreyashi Ganguly, Bikash Raj Pal, Pratyusha Saha, Nisha Yadav, Diptam Jana, Shouvik Chandra, Anushree Majumdar, Surajit Matabbar, Afroza Banu, Soumen Majhi, Avik Ghosh, Sarfaraj Alam, Sanchayan Bandopadhyay, Jahnabi Pal, Arpan Dwivedi.
• 16 students secured 10th rank with 481 marks:
  Tirthasankha Bachar, Shrabani Dutta, Jayesh Sao, Sayani Dutta, Arnab Kumar Mullick, Rikta Barman, Samidh Ghosh, Md. Chandan Ali, Tanmoy Pati, Anukukl Barman, Rupam Pal, Mehed-Uj-Jaman, Rohit Bera, Amrityanshu Mahish, Sayan Karmakar, Nandita Burman
