MORE ABOUT SHUBHAM KUMAR

Shubham Kumar, an IIT Bombay alumnus, hails from a village named Kumhari in Katihar district of Bihar.

He first appeared in civil service exam 2018 but could not clear it. He then tried again in 2019, secured the 290th rank and was selected for Indian defence accounts service. This was his third attempt.
