This Teachers’ Day, The Quint along with the Education Ministry of Delhi and Twitter India, is hosting a panel discussion with eminent personalities from the education sector where issues such as educational reforms are being discussed.

The panel is also discussing questions asked via Twitter using hashtag, #MyDreamSchool.

  • Atishi, former advisor on education to Manish Sisodia, Delhi’s Deputy CM and Education Minister
  • Neeti Bhalla Saini, principal of Genesis Global School
  • Anju Chawala, principal of Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Vasant Kunj

Many reached out to The Quint on Twitter using hastag #MyDreamSchool. Questions were asked using the hashtag, similarly they were raised during the interaction.

Discussing usage of social media and technology, Atishi said that WhatsApp is being used as a tool to bridge gap between teachers and parents. She also joked about how this communication between the two are keeping children ‘in a fix’.
