The admit cards for the Constable (GD) examination have been released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on its regional websites.
The examination was scheduled to be conducted on 18 and 19 February but was reportedly postponed in Jammu, Srinagar and Samba due to tension prevalent in the area after the Pulwama attack on 14 February. It will now be conducted from 1-11 March 2019, according to reports.
The exam is being conducted to recruit Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Investigation Agency (NIA), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles.
