The result for clerk prelims examination 2019 is expected today i.e., 19 July 2019 by the State Bank of India (SBI). The SBI preliminary examination was conducted on 22 June and 23 June 2019.
The prelim exam result will be declared on the official website. Once the results are out, the candidates will be able to check their results on the official website of State Bank of India ie, https://sbi.co.in/ .
As per earlier media reports, SBI Prelim exam 2019 result was to be declared by ie, 19 July 2019 whereas the SBI Clerk mains examination will be conducted on 10 August 2019.
The candidates had to answer 30 questions on English language, 35 questions on Numerical Ability and 35 questions on Reasoning Ability. The question paper was valued at 100 marks, with each question carrying 1 mark each. The candidates were given an hour to answer these questions.
The candidates who clear the SBI preliminary examination will now have to appear for the mains examination.
For each wrong answer in the objective tests, 1/4th of marks will be deducted from the candidates in SBI Mains 2019 examination.
SBI will be recruiting the selected candidates for the posts of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre. SBI will be filling 8,653 vacant posts across India. The selected candidates would receive Rs 25,000 per month (including the DA).
