CBSE Declares NEET 2018 Entrance Results
This year, over 13 lakh candidates appeared for the medical entrance exam that was conducted on 6 May.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – or NEET-UG – results 2018 on Monday, 4 June. The students who had appeared for the NEET 2018 examination can visit the official websites – cbseneet.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in – to check their results online.
Earlier, confirming the NEET 2018 result release date, Anil Swarup, Secretary, School Education, tweeted that results would be announced on Monday.
The CBSE board had released the answer keys on 25 May. Candidates were given a chance to raise objections on the same till 27 May.

The NEET-UG is an entrance examination conducted for admissions to MBBS and BDS seats in all medical and dental colleges across the country, except for the AIIMS and the JIPMER.
How to Check Results
Step 1: Visit the official website of NEET at cbseneet.nic.in/ cbseresults.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link that says “NEET result”
Step 3: Enter the required details
Step 4: Press submit
Step 5: Check the results and save it for future
Details
Candidates viewing the NEET result will be able to access the following information in their scorecard:
- NEET roll number
- NEET application number
- Personal details about the candidate (parents' names, nationality, category/sub-category)
- Total marks secured
- Marks obtained in individual subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology
- Percentile score
- Qualifying status in NEET
- NEET All India Rank (AIR)
- NEET AIR for 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats
- The cut-off score of NEET 2018
Counselling Schedule
Candidates who qualify NEET are allowed to participate in NEET counselling for both All India Quota seats conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) as well as state-level counselling conducted by individual state counselling authorities. Candidates who do not qualify the NEET exam will not be able to participate in the counselling or admission process.
For All India Quota Seats
- Declaration of NEET result – 2018: 4 June, 2018*
- First round of counselling – 12 June to 24 June, 2018
- Last date of joining – 3 July, 2018
- Second round of counselling – 6 July to 12 July, 2018
- Last date of joining – 22 July, 2018
- Transfer of vacant AIQ seats to states – Last week of July 2018*
