A group of eight female Venezuelan TV news reporters have stripped naked to showcase their support for the country’s National football team in the the upcoming Copa America championship, the oldest international continental football championship.
These reporters decided to bare all as they filmed a supportive message for the national team and beckoned other women to join them in this bid. They claimed that this style of exhibiting support is a way of ‘empowering women’ and dismantling the taboos attached with nudity. They have also declared that as and when the national team progresses in the Copa America, they will upload more nude content to their webpage.
These TV reporters are associated with the show Desnudando la Noticia, which literally translates to ‘stripping the news.’ The clip has found its way to various social media portals in South America and has gathered half a million views already.
