Pulse Candy, a relatively newer candy on the block, has taken the candy world by storm. In the last eight months, it has earned Rs 100 crore in revenue. That’s at par with Coca-Cola’s diet drink Coke Zero. So what makes Pulse Candy click with Indian buyers? Perhaps, it’s the tangy flavour of raw mango with ‘aamchur’ or the spicy salt in its centre. The tangy combo has tickled the tastebuds of the entire nation like none other. Love it or loathe it, the whole country is licking it.
