Suhana’s Photos Cause a Stir; Vogue India Disables Insta Comments

Suhana Khan’s magazine cover debut sparks off nepotism debate on Twitter.

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan just made her magazine debut by featuring on the cover of Vogue India’s August issue.

The August issue was launched by SRK himself at the Vogue Beauty Awards 2018. Even though the 18-year old does not have an official Instagram handle, Suhana Khan is not new to spotlight. This move is being seen as her official entry into stardom.

Vogue issue includes a series of photographs with the latest star kid on the block. The magazine cover describes Suhana as a “student, theatre lover, future star”.

Suhana is gracefully carrying off an Emilio Pucci multicoloured off-shoulder outfit on the cover. This issue comes just a few days after Janhvi Kapoor made it to the cover of the same magazine in June.

SRK and Gauri Khan tweeted and spoke about how proud they were of daughter Suhana making it to Vogue’s cover. Twitter, however, had mixed reactions. While some applauded her debut, some categorised it as yet another step towards favouring nepotism in Bollywood.

There is something unusual about Suhana’s photos/video on Vogue India’s Instagram page (as of now). The comments have been disbaled for all her photographs.
