Some people just want to watch the world burn. Major spoilers for Game of Thrones (GoT) Season 7 are now out on the Internet. If you’re not big on getting spoilers thrown in your faces before your favourite TV show has even finished filming, stop reading right now!
So, all of you who want to know the outline of the upcoming season’s entire plot, I exposed myself to the spoilers with a heavy heart for you to have some GoT back in your life with the new season still more than half a year away.
The information originally appeared on the Free Folk reddit, which has managed to be incredibly accurate with its spoilers through most of season 6 – but it has been taken down now.
With the plot of the TV show having gone beyond the story in the books, these are absolutely fresh plot lines in the GoT world.
The authenticity of the spoilers seems to have been further validated by cast member Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays Missandei. She expressed concern on Twitter.
Pictures of the cast filming on set being leaked is not fresh news, so people are assuming that she’s talking about the spoilers.
There is an episode-by-episode breakdown on Heat Street, but you’ve got to leave something for when the season airs.
Jon wants the Mother of Dragons’ help to fight the White Walkers. Initially, she doesn’t believe Jon, but Tyrion vouches for him.
It is apparently killed by the Night King, only to be resurrected by him. In the season finale, he uses the dragon to destroy the Wall.
And for the first time since season 1, all the surviving Starks are together at one place.
After seeing through his ploy, Sansa has had enough of her one-time mentor.
They learn that he is the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen. His real name is “Aegon” and he was legitimised at birth (not a bastard).
He meets her at Dragonstone after apparently healing his greyscale in Oldtown.
Olena Tyrell admits to Jamie Lannister that she planned Joffrey’s death and then poisons herself to avoid being captured. Euron Greyjoy attacks Dorne as well, killing two Sand Snakes and capturing Ellaria.
She finally gets to meet her old direwolf whom she lost, when she is on the way to Winterfell.
They also meet the other lords of Westeros, and Jon brings a White Walker he captures to convince everyone that they are a real threat.
He travels to North after he’s disgusted by her admission that she won’t help eliminate the White Walkers so that they can destroy all her enemies.
