A video of absolute human apathy is going viral on social media. A bunch of men clad in warm clothes, were filmed smuggling a cow along the Indo-Bangladesh border.

A bunch of people standing along the border are maneuvering a makeshift pulley to scoop a cow from one side of the border to the other. What is unclear is which side the cow is being smuggled from.
