The 8th of November 2016 will forever bear witness to knee-jerk scrambles to ATMs and relentless what-the-hell-happened rants on every possible platform. Apart from the economic reform, of course.
On Tuesday night, Narendra Modi declared that Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes were going to be scrapped overnight. One can very well imagine what transpired after. We are pretty sure you’ve already heard the complaints, praises, whines, tirades and much more on everything that’s got anything to do with the government’s “crackdown’’ on Tuesday.
Since none of us can actually travel back in time or undo Tuesday night’s tremor, here’s the first stage to recovery, you guys.
You may not have chillar left to even buy a new broom. So use your old notes to clean up. Oh! and you can also bring a smile to someone’s face by giving them a good tip; irrespective of how good or bad the service is.
