Instagram crashed for all users around the world on the adjoining night of Friday and Saturday, leaving leaving millions of users unable to check their feeds. Even the website was experiencing problems with both the desktop and mobile platforms, issuing an error message for those who attempt to access it.

So what do you think people did when they failed at their attempts to refresh their news feed?

Social media users immediately took to Twitter to check if others are facing the same problem. But it didn’t stop there! Twitter was soon flooded with memes along with the hashtag #instagramdown.
