Diet Sabya: Exposing Designers Like Falguni Shane Peacock on Insta

Diet Sabya, a vigilante page on Instagram is exposing Indian designers for blatantly copying others.

A vigilante Instagram page, Diet Sabya is on a mission to expose Indian designers and stylists who are blatantly copying international designers. Ironically, Diet Sabya is a knock off of Diet Prada, a profile that surfaced sometime back, calling out global designers for plagiarism. While Diet Prada does lend a comical edge to itself, this Indian sister of Diet Prada, is mercilessly exposing Indian designers who copy others. The page doesn’t mind putting up pictures of celebrities either.

Since its launch, the page has amassed almost 30 thousand followers, and rumour has it that Alia Bhatt and Sonam Kapoor are a part of those followers. Take a look at the savagery as they rip the rip-offs:

The page's first post, dated March 16, was made during the Amazon India Fashion Week 2018, exposing Adarsh Gill who had ripped off Azzedine Alaïa's 1991 design.
