After a month-long break, one of India’s longest running TV series, CID, is coming back to our screens. The dhamakedaar trio of ACP Pradyuman, Daya and Abhijeet will be back to essay their popular avatars. With the show garnering almost a cult following, and its characters becoming iconic, we hope the new season brings something super.

Since we were a little excited, so we decided to make it ‘super’ on own. Here’s CID, reimagined as superheroes.

Man With the Iron Fist

ACP Pradyuman surely knows how to use his hands to emphasise his hunger for justice. The leader of the desi crime investigation team, we would love to see him using superior technology to nab the criminals this time.

No Doors Barred

Unlike his name, Daya shows no sympathy when it comes to breaking doors. The big guy in the team is usually a shy and soft-spoken character, but when teased by criminals, he can pack a punch which rings for episodes to come.

Angry Young Man

Abhijeet is one serious chap in the CID team. The man focuses on his job, drives a cold sweat in the villains and drops a few one-liners, oozing swag all along.
