If there’s one actor who has an unparalleled passion for his work and a knack for transforming himself completely into a character, it is Christian Bale.

From playing the role of a sick insomniac weighing no more than 110 pounds in The Machinist to transforming himself into a muscular superhero for the Batman Trilogy, the actor has definitely set a benchmark in Hollywood.

This time, Bale is set to play US Vice President Dick Cheney in a biopic directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Adam McKay. Vice will be released this Christmas.

Vice presents the rise of an American insider to power as the Vice President to George W Bush in the United States.

Bale’s look for the movie is nothing short of shocking.

The man’s just amazing... I didn’t just want someone to do an impression of Dick Cheney. What Christian Bale really does is he psychologically breaks someone apart and puts them back together again. I’ve never seen a process like it.
