“Does sleeping on the job sound like your dream job? If yes, then we are looking for you!” reads the website of WakeFit, a sleep solutions start up from Bengaluru. WakeFit is offering internships that pay Rs 1 lakh to interns and requires them to sleep 9 hours daily for a 100 nights.
Since this internship seems to be a golden opportunity for people to participate in and allows them to take the deepest, longest naps possible, here’s a list of people that we think should apply ASAP.
Imagine if Dhinchak Pooja takes up this sleep internship, nine hours of sleep for her would mean an unimaginably long time of peace and sanity for us. We could all do without her intense lyrics that have the power to make ears bleed.
From ‘Tamma Tamma’ to ‘Aankh Maarey’ and then of course, to the ‘The Humma Song’ - Tanishk Bagchi, the music composer has successfully ruined the childhood of every 80s and 90s kid ever. It’s safe to say, we’d love to see him take up this sleep internship so that we are spared of [in the words of Kjo] “Oh god, one more remix!”
We feel the makers of Bigg Boss need to go on a long staycation and what better way to do that, than to be an intern with WakeFit. They will get to nap, relax and be mindful - the three things that the reality show definitely does not stand for!
We have nothing personal against Mr KRK, except that we want to see him be content and happy. Maybe, then he’ll stop doing movie reviews that literally, no one asks him for! Of course, a healthy habit never hurt anyone, did it?
It’s not that we mind a dash of spice and drama from time to time, except that we do. Rakhi Sawant’s unabashed rants, gimmicks and Instagram videos have become sour and we would love to see her take a small break and be back after a 100 days once the sleep internship ends. Fresh content is always...well, fresh.
There, there. We have nothing against Rangoli, in fact we quite admire her courage. But just sometimes, we just wish she’d be more careful with what she chooses to tweet. So, this sleep internship would be the best way to keep her off Twitter for some time.
