It’s common knowledge that when a person is hungry and they can’t get their food, hanger gets the best of them.
That is exactly what happened when a hungry Punjabi customer interacted with a Zomato customer care representative, who was only more than helpful.
We have all faced problems with our app, which is exactly what happened with the customer, who asked the representative to do something from her/his end – which she/he couldn’t.
The customer even updated his app, but that didn’t help either.
The customer care coolly told him to keep trying and contact her/him again in case the problem persisted and she/he would talk directly to the restaurant. The app was called a “kanjar” as any Punjabi conversation would go, but without any bad blood.
Eventually all was well with the customer and the customer care exchanging pleasantries, wishing each other well.
