A sequel works only when the memory of the first part is etched deeply. All India Bakchod’s latest video-version of Irrfan Khan’s many memes is making the internet users weak in their knees. Wonder why? Watch the video here:

When we watched Irrfan’s Party Song video many moons ago, we couldn’t listen to any Bollywood party song normally again. Everything was “ek aur party song...stupid party song...ek aur party song”. After the latest video, we fear we wouldn’t be able to look at Irrfan normally again: he is the ultimate meme of our generation.

Here’s what AIB’s strategy is: it takes this generations’ lousiest entertainment meat and makes its ridiculousness brazen. They add dollops of humour, and just like, a Tasty video is served. It usually seems quite simple, but it ain’t simple at all. Their humour comes across as fresh, and yet, common or easy to understand.

Meaning, Irrfan is our version of ‘yeh bik gayi hai gormint’, essentially superseding the meme of the century!

This has taken our heart away
