Akshay Kumar Took the ‘Sui Dhaaga’ Challenge but Couldn’t Make It

Actors Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan threw down a challenge to their friends and fans, on Monday, 17 September, in a unique style.

The challenge is a part of the promotion campaign for their upcoming film ‘Sui Dhaaga’. The movie releases on September 28.

“We want to see how fast you can thread a needle! Akshay Kumar very graciously accepted the challenge but also managed to fail at it, miserably!

The actor, better known as ‘Khiladi Kumar’, accepted defeat after failing to thread the needle in 10 seconds.

In his quintessential style he declared that it would have been easy if it was a competition where he was supposed to jump from a building instead of threading the needle.

Kumar also nominated cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar for the challenge.

A fan also offered a neat hack for threading a needle to those who might be looking for ways of emerging as a victor.

Actor Anushka Sharma, who is Varun’s co-star in the film, nominated Shah Rukh Khan to accept the challenge. The superstar hasn’t responded yet.
