Adele turned 28 on 5 May and she has yet another feather to put in her cap. The powerful singer gave two gay fans the night of their lives on Tuesday when her little act helped them get engaged! Yes, you read that right, it sounds like a dream come true, doesn’t it?

Adele invited André Söderberg and Simon Carlsson on stage during her 3 May concert in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The two lucky men were selected from the audience by the Grammy-winning star as their unique eyewear caught the Hello singer’s attention. To everyone’s surprise, Söderberg dropped to one knee and popped the question to Carlsson.

Better yet, this was an unplanned proposal.

I had been thinking about asking him to marry me but when Adele invited us to the stage, it just happened. I had a plastic ring on which we had bought earlier in the day when we were buying costumes, so I took that ring and put it on his finger. What can I say, I just love him so much!

Here’s another angle of the video, focusing on Adele.

“Should I Be Your Surrogate If You Have Children?”

A giddy Adele jumped with joy when Carlsson said yes. That’s amazing,” she said. “I’m going to cry!

The long-time advocate for the LGBT community jokingly even offered to be the surrogate mother for the two gentlemen if they want to have babies.

Should I be your surrogate if you have children? I’d love to have a baby with someone Swedish.

Last year, she pledged to support her son, Angelo, regardless of his sexuality in an interview with Time magazine.

I can’t wait to know who his best friends are going to be, who his girlfriend or his boyfriend is going to be or what movies he likes. Whatever my kid wants to do or be I will always support him no matter what.

Happy birthday Adele, there truly isn’t Someone Like You.
