Dear Soldier, I Wish the Govt Gives You All the Resources You Need

Dear soldier,

You are the ones who face the bullets and tough terrains. You live away from your family just to bring us a sense of safety and security. I am grateful to you for making our lives easier while compromising on your comfort.

Not just on the borders you also help in maintaining peace and order within the country. Your efforts, whether for security and safety or relief and rehabilitation during natural calamities like Kerala floods, Cyclone Gaja etc, has been splendid and remarkable. You have been the saviours and a ray of hope for millions, including me.

I wish that our relationship with the neighbouring countries improves and tensions around the border reduces, so that you could visit your family more often. I wish that our government makes it a commitment to provide all necessary resources to you. I pray for your health and happy life.

Because of you, we are here – working, playing and enjoying!
Salute to such valour, commitment and sacrifice.
