Dear soldier,

Without you, I might not have gotten a chance to write this letter. A sincere thanks on behalf of all of us here.

You must have a family as well. You are somebody's brother, sister, wife, husband, or parent. You must remember that they are proud of what you have done for the nation, and so am I.
