The word Fajeto (aamras kadhi) has a naughty intonation, which almost means a scandal! Interestingly, it is both a word and a recipe! In Gujarati food culture, Fajeto is a kadhi made with mango leftovers and curd. When a woman wants to put across a message to her family, that she has made a judicious use of mangoes, she makes Fajeto.
