Founder and Chairman of Quintillion Media Raghav Bahl, speaking on Tuesday with Jyoti Sagar, founder of J Sagar Associates, discussed how Jyoti Sagar became TV18’s first lawyer.

They also talked about the challenges they faced when they started their ventures back in the 1990s.

Both Raghav and Jyoti started their ventures in the early '90s. This was when India was trying to find its own path while chasing its liberalisation dreams. During this time, Raghav and Jyoti were trying to find little spaces for setting up their businesses.

‘Network 18 – The Audacious Story of a Start-up That became a Media Empire’ has been published by Portfolio Penguin. It was launched in September 2016. Copies are in Bookstores & its available online.
