Actor Amrita Puri’s New Clothing Line is Made for the Summers

Puri launched her label Akuri by Puri with her mother Smiley Puri at Atosa last weekend.

We know her best for playing a lovable yet provincial character in Sonam Kapoor starrer Aisha. But in reality, the beautiful actor-turned-designer Amrita Puri has a fine aesthetic sense – Puri launched her label Akuri by Puri with her mother Smiley Puri at Atosa just last weekend.

The duo is here to give us good company this summer with their watercolour prints on floaty dresses, crop tops, suits and shift dresses.

Amrita says her collection is inspired by her travel to Hanoi in Vietnam, where she fell in love with Vietnamese landscape art that was aplenty in its streets.

The pieces are priced between Rs 3,000 and 15,000 and are available at multi-brand store Atosa in Mumbai.
