New Delhi, May 30 (IANS) Home-grown Tambo Mobile on Wednesday launched an affordable "TA-3" smartphone at Rs 4,999 that will be available through offline channels.
The device with 4.95-inch display sports 5MP rear camera with dual lED flash and 5MP front camera with flash.
It also comes with face beauty, burst mode, panorama mode and stickers features.
"We are delighted to launch Tambo in the handset market with 'TA-3'. We kept our target audience in mind while developing phones that are superior in quality, design and engineering," Sudhir Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, Tambo, said in a statement.
The device is equipped with "FullView" and "Face Recognition" technologies.
Tambo has more than 600 service centres and aims to have 1,000 centres by the end of this year, the company said.
