When Shah Faesal, an IAS officer from Jammu and Kashmir received the resignation latter from one of his female colleagues, he was surprised as there was no particular reasons given. His apprehensions came true when the woman came to his office a few months later and revealed that the letter was not send by her, but by her husband who did not want her to work.
