A 15-year-old girl was reportedly raped multiple times by three men, at a village near Lucknow on 9 December.

The teen, who suffers from blood cancer, was first raped by her neighbour and his friend. After she was abandoned by the two men, she was raped by a man on a motorcycle who offered to help her, reported Hindustan Times.

Residents reportedly saw the girl walking alone at night, and informed the Bijnore police. The girl's statement was recorded, after which her family was informed.

The police arrested the motorcyclist after registering an FIR, reported Hindustan Times. The other two accused are absconding.

According to the girl's statement, she met her neighbour and his friend at a shop near her house around 5 pm.

The duo reportedly offered her a lift home, but instead took her to a deserted location, held her hostage for close to six hours, and took turns raping her. She was then abandoned on the side of the road, after the men warned her not to tell anyone.

While looking for help on the roadside, the girl met the motorcyclist, who offered to drop her home.

Her parents say they "allowed her to go to the eatery," because they try not to refuse any of her demands, owing to the ailment that was diagnosed years ago.

The girl was sent for a medical examination, and arrangements for her counselling are being made.
