In India where it is no secret that sex education is rare to come by, students of Professor Kanak Sarkar at Jadavpur University — now barred from his teaching duties there— had to however sit through some uncomfortable off sylabus ‘lessons’ during his classes. The Professor’s infamous facebook post, is now deleted but the ordeal of being in his class is not forgotten by his students who shared new accounts of his behaviour.

So, what would sex ed look like in a Kanak Sarkar class? We give you a glimpse based on his student’s statements.

This is what he posted on his Facebook page that outraged people across the country.

Are you willing to buy a broken seal while purchasing a bottle of cold drink or a packet of biscuits? It is the same case with your wife. A girl is biologically sealed from birth until it is opened. A virgin girl means many things accompanied [sic] as values, culture, sexual hygiene. To most boys, virgin wife is like angel [sic]
