If you’re not thinking about fitness today, please do. And if this (not so) subtle reminder was not enough, here’s a look at Sunny Leone’s inspiring regime.
Now, you may flutter your eyes and wonder why we should even care for a celebrity’s fitness regime. Stop. Take a breath and brace yourself to watch Sunny push dead weight across the floor, do the most strenuous leg and core workouts and yet make it all look effortless.
Can you push a random heavy box across a room and look as badass as her? I dare you, I double dare you.
Because push-ups are too mainstream; let’s make this already-hard exercise harder.
If done correctly, push-ups are a great upper-body workout. By making it more intense, Sunny is strengthening her arms and core even more.
Jump away to fitness, dear readers. Sunny likes to teach by example. These kinds of jumps are a great exercise for balance and leg strength. Make sure to do a good warm-up and cool-down before and after if you’re planning to include this in your routine.
It’s also important to watch out for ankle and knee joints when doing exercises of this kind which focus primarily on legs.
Combine push-ups with jumping sideways over an obstacle. Phew! Get those legs and core moving.
This is a great exercise to drop weight in a flash, while also building strength.
Sunny swears by this exercise as a good measure against cellulite. Would you be willing to incorporate this in your daily regime?
This is a great workout for the lower body, but pay close attention to your back and neck while at it.
Squat, jump, squat, jump, squat, jump and repeat. If you want to be as fit as Sunny, you’re going to have to sweat it out like her.
Just ensure a good posture during this exercise to prevent putting undue stress on your knees.
Sunny lifts like a pro and there’s no denying that. However, watch her posture closely, the entire body is engaged, which is very important when doing heavy weights. This is clearly not a beginner’s exercise and requires high levels of core and leg strength, especially to avoid injuries.
If you are already not convinced, here is just one more video of Sunny sweating it out. This is a great toning and strength exercise for the legs, but oh, the core!
What do you say, ready to sweat it out?
