Duke of Sussex Prince Harry and American television host Oprah Winfrey on Monday, 17 May, released the trailer of The Me You Can't See, a docuseries focused on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The moving trailer gives a glimpse of the star-studded docuseries, featuring the likes of singer-song writer Lady Gaga, actor Glenn Close, and NBA player DeMar DeRozan opening up about their own mental health journeys.

"All over the world, people are in some type of mental, emotional, or psychological pain."

It also features 14 mental health practitioners who provide professional insights throughout the series, including Dr Vikram Patel, a psychiatrist and founder of Sangath.

Prince Harry has on many occasions spoken up about his struggles with mental health post his mother, Lady Diana's demise, and the pressures of living in the spotlight.

A vocal advocate of destigmatising mental health, he cofounded the mental health campaign Head Together with Prince William and Kate the Dutchess of Cambridge in 2016.

Following this, he joined BetterUp, a mental health focused startup as chief impact officer.

In the trailer for the docuseries, he can be seen saying,

"To make that decision to receive help is not a sign of weakness. In today's world, more than ever, it is a sign of strength."

The series, set to release on Apple TV on 21 May, was shot by BAFTA award-winning director, Asif Kapadia.
