Small penis may be genetic or due to hormone deficiency. Even if the size is small and you are able to penetrate your female partner, then there’s no need to worry.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) may be treated will oral or injectable medicines initially after consulting a doctor. But if these fail, may require penile Doppler.
Curve in the penis could be due Peyronie's disease. It needs clinical examination to confirm. Foreskin not going down is called phimosis which may require correction by medication or surgical procedure.
