In today’s competitive world everyone is under pressure to reach the zenith. Naturally this leads to stress, consciously or subconsciously. Stress can make you short tempered, damage your relationship and kill your enthusiasm. But we have an amazing solution for you to beat the stress.

Yoga is one of the best solutions that can help you come out of it. It can bring transformations in your life for the better.

Here are some yogic tips to follow:

Pashchimotan Asana

Sit on the yoga mat with your legs stretched forward and join them together. Taking a long deep breath, raise both hands upward. Then, exhale and take both hands forward to touch your big toes.

Try to rest your head on your shin bone while keeping your back straight. Hold it for 10-20 seconds.

Note – People with back problems must maintain a gap between the legs.

Purvottanasana

Sit with your legs forward and place both hands right beside your buttocks. Then take a deep breath and lift your whole body on the strength of your palms and feet.

Hold this position for 10-20 seconds.
