The fact is that you’ve been fasting all night so you wake up each morning totally dehydrated. Begin your day with two big cups – about 400-500 ml – at room temperature or slightly warmed. This glugging will cleanse your system, unclog your gut, and aggressively throw out toxins from your body – besides charging up your metabolism.
