A group of ISRO scientists are winning hearts on the internet with their singing abilities! Under the name of Space Engineers Association, the ‘ROCK@Band’ has released a patriotic music video on the occasion of the 71st Independence Day celebrations.

Composed by Shiju G Thomas, the song is titled ‘I am an Indian’. The song is sung in various languages such as Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Marathi. With such diversity, the song’s lyrics leave the audience with several messages – ‘Riots to go away’, ‘Weapons to move aside’ and ‘move forward together as a nation.’

This 6-minute video features 20 scientists of ISRO, which is sung by several artists uniting different parts of the country into one. Showcasing several cultures and traditions, it truly makes us to feel proud of our country.
