‘Force 2’ Trailer Launch: Sonakshi, John Applaud Surgical Strike

The ‘Force 2’ trailer launch couldn’t have been better timed.

The Force 2 trailer launch was perfectly timed. As India carries out surgical strikes along the Line Of Control, the Abhinay Deo reinforces the patriotic surge and India’s response to Pakistan following the Uri attacks. The Sonakshi Sinha, John Abraham and Tahir Raj Bhasin starrer gives us a glimpse into the lives of RAW agents who who are ready to pay any price to take down terrorists.

According to PTI report, John Abraham applauded India’s strong reply to terrorism at the film’s trailer launch event in Mumbai.

We are very proud. We had to do this earlier. I think it is high time we respond to terrorism. As a country we are tolerant. But I think it is high time we put our foot down and show what India can do. I feel fortunate to be part of industry to promote and express our solidarity with our country and for the soldiers who are true heroes of this country.

Sonakshi Sinha and producer Vipul Shah also spoke proudly about India’s retaliation.

Thank you that they took this big step. Like John said, it is need of the hour. I am happy it is happening. We are all citizens of our country.

The film is a sequel to Nishikant Kamat’s 2011 flick Force. The action-packed trailer adds more punch to Bollywood’s spy-thriller genre. Sonakshi Sinha’s kicks and John Abraham’s vengeance looks powerful. Tahir Raj Bhasin plays the part of the antagonist quite well too.

The film will hit theatres on 18 November.
