John Abraham and Sonakshi Are Shocked That Donald Trump Won

The cast of ‘Force 2’ didn’t shy away from expressing their state of shock at Donald Trump’s victory.

Still can’t believe that Donald Trump is the President of the United States of America? Well, neither can John Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha. We caught up with the team of Force 2 and they were as shocked as all of us are.

John Abraham confessed that it feels like a reality show star would run the country from now.

Honestly, I am a Bernie Sanders guy, and I believe that the best man lost way early. I also feel that both the options, (Hilary Clinton & Donald Trump) didn’t exist for me. I am not an expert in politics but I think Trump has hit where it affects the most. He has looked at the blue collared white Americans, has spoken about policies that really affect the mindset of people. He has spoken his mind. He spoke about a particular religion not being accepted into the country, building America into a great nation, getting manufacturing back to the country and building a wall. So what do you do? People who are sleeping and who voted four years earlier said, ‘Let’s go for this guy’. Trump neither has any political experience nor has he come down from the army. But let’s vote for this guy because he is different. Everyone thought that you would have the first woman president of the country but you have the first reality show President of the country. I don’t know whether it is good or bad, but it is surprising. Hilary has been in the business for 30 years and the question for people was, ‘Has she made a change?’. No, she hasn’t.

Sonakshi Sinha couldn’t contain her disappointment and feel that people who didn’t take the campaign seriously and didn’t vote, have been kicked in the face.

I am a little bit surprised as well. This is something that people were not taking seriously, in the beginning. It has actually turned around and kicked them in the face. It is very shocking. Now you just have to wait and see where this goes.  I don’t think this is the best decision America has made this time.

Tahir comes from a political background and didn’t shy away from expressing his view point on Trump’s sexist remarks as well.

John comes from a media background and I come from a politics background. I just feel that it is like giving a twelve-year-old control of the entire country. The kind of things that he said being sexist and racist, is shocking. We just hope your (Trump) actions won’t represent the things that you have been saying.
