All you fashion enthusiasts are in for a treat. Fashion designer Masaba Gupta’s wedding reception saw Bollywood turning out in their finest outfits.

It’s fun for an ardent fashion follower to swipe through the classiest display of fashion at a designer’s very own wedding do. Here’s a look at our top picks:

The Cream Brigade

Masaba’s wedding reception looked nothing less than a colour coordinated, celebrity fashion show. There was an entourage of B-town stars strutting down in the most breathtakingly spectacular white ensembles whose radiance was enough to light up the night.

Masaba chooses a cape-style choli to bring in her usual sense of the unusual as she opts for this lehenga look created by designer Anamika Khanna.

When Sonam looks her best, it’s never too hard to guess that she has opted for an attire by her fashion confidante, Anamika Khanna. As both the sisters chose to find their rescue in Anamika’s resplendent designs, we can only be glad for them having made that choice.

Dressed to impress: Kangana Ranaut (Photo: Yogen Shah)

Kangana Ranaut pulls off a classic, flawless look that is nothing short of a 10 on 10. We doubt if anyone else could have done justice to this beautiful Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla sari like the Queen did.

Hitting the traditional route: Alia Bhatt (Photo: Yogen Shah)

Alia chose to showcase an earthy, traditional lehenga designed by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla. While there’s no denying that she makes it look worth a million bucks, we don’t see ourselves becoming a fan of the ensemble.

Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor make a starry entry (Photo: Yogen Shah)

While we can’t get our eyes off Shahid who looks so regal and dapper (the moustache must find a mention here), Mira’s sari by designer Arpita Mehta does no magic for us. We’re going to resume ogling at Shahid.

Athiya Shetty’s white dazzle (Photo: Yogen Shah)

Donning a lehenga by designer Rohit Bal, Athiya managed to do only half the trick for us. While the divinity of white sure leaves its mark, the excessive use of colours at the bottom doesn’t seem to counterbalance. Fewer colours next time, please?
