Can you handle Nana Patekar’s intensity and Rajinikanth’s charisma in the same frame? Well, the Tamil superstar’s new film Kaala now has Nana Patekar on board along with Huma Qureshi. Directed by Pa Ranjith, the man behind Rajinikanth’s recent run away success Kabali, Kaala is being produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and shooting for the film has already commenced in Mumbai.
A Rajinikanth fan club Twitter handle tweeted out a list of the cast members of Kaala recently.
Other known Bollywood names on the list include Sayaji Shinde and Pankaj Tripathi.
Kaala is expected to be shot over 40 days in Mumbai and scheduled for a release in 2018. The music director of the film is Santhosh Narayanan, while G Murali is the cinematographer and A Sreekar Prasad is handling the edit.

Sachin Tendulkar’s docu-drama Sachin: A Billion Dreams has collected Rs 27.85 crore in its first weekend at the box-office. Considering that the film is in the docu feature format, these collections are quite impressive.
The Sachin biopic saw a steady climb in its earnings as it began with earning Rs 8.40 crore on Friday, which increased to Rs. 9.20 crore on Saturday and finally rose to Rs 10.25 crore on Sunday.
