Sapna Bhavnani Calls Salman a Pig, Fights With Reporter in Tweets

In an interview to Hindustan Times, Sapna Bhavnani got fiercely candid about Salman Khan.

Celebrity hairstylist, Sapna Moti Bhavnani, got fiercely candid about Salman Khan in an interview with Hindustan Times.

She was quoted as saying, “Salman dances like a monkey in stupid movies” and is a “male chauvinist pig.”

The interview was to discuss her upcoming memoir, ‘Chapter One’.

She was a former Bigg Boss contestant, which has Salman Khan as its host, and has spoken against the actor’s actions in the past as well. She was vehemently vocal against his rape comment.

She says she chose not to write about Salman Khan in her book.

This man really misuses people and I don’t’ have to give him importance, especially in my book.

After the interview was published, Bhavnani expressed her anger over her Salman comment attracting more attention than her upcoming book. She got into a heated argument with the journalist who took her interview. She accused the journalist of wrongly sensationalising the incident, who wrote back saying that she said everything on record.

Bhavnani went ahead and posted messages that the journalist sent her on her personal number.

There were reactions on Twitter in both Sapna’s support and against her. Needless to say, the interview and the tweets soon whipped up a social media frenzy.
