Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic, which stars Ranbir Kapoor is very much on track. Hirani has clarified that the film won’t tap on Dutt’s family and nor will it deal with his drug addiction phase. Hirani and writer Abhijat Joshi spent a lot of time with Dutt before he went to jail and the actor provided them a lot of interesting insights for the script over drinks, which summed up his eventful life. Now it’s up to Hirani to pick and choose what makes for an interesting film out of all the dope that Dutt has provided.
