Veteran actress Sadhana who passed away yesterday, was frustrated and unhappy with little or no help coming from the industry, according to her old friend and actress Tabassum. A report in the IndianExpress says that, Tabassum, who was present at Sadhana’s cremation today said:
She was very ill and very sad. None from the industry bothered to help her. People from Bollywood come in trooping when there is some celebration but they never bother to find out what is happening in someone’s life. Are they happy or not.

Tabassum added that Sadhana had requested many from the industry to help her, since she couldn’t handle her failing health and legal matters but no one came forward. Sadhana who did not have any relatives, reportedly also turned to fans for help, but nobody responded.
