The Fast and the Furious actor Paul Walker lost his life in a tragic car crash in November 2013. He was in a Porsche Carrera GT that was being driven by his friend Roger Rodas. Now Paul’s 16-year-old daughter has filed a lawsuit against the automobile giant claiming that the actual cause for her father’s death was the explosion that took place a minute after the crash.

The lawsuit also claims that Paul’s seat belt snapped his torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis, trapping him in the passenger seat. The suit alleges that the fire broke out 1 minute and 20 seconds after impact and that till then, he was alive.

While the lawsuit does not put a figure on damages, it does state that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car that doesn’t belong on the street, and that Paul Walker (and his friend Roger Rodas) should not have had to pay with their lives.
