DAY 1

Nikhil Chinapa, the man behind Vh1 Supersonic, had advised - “Do listen to your favourite artists, but also try out new ones, get to explore.” And that’s exactly what happened at this years Vh1 Supersonic. Fans came down to Pune from all over the country to listen to their favourite artists and in return, received a whole new playlist to vibe to.

Performances would usually start by 3 pm. On Day 1, there were performances by Blackstratblues, DJ Sa, Peter Cat recording co, TroyBoi, Paul Ritch, Broken Glass and many others - each having a deep impact on the crowd.

DAY 2

The 2nd day of the festival witnessed more action than the first. Performances by Bonobo and Prateek Kuhad were the highlights of the day, with large crowds present for both performances.

Artists Kohra, Sanddunes, Cubicolor and others also put up a great show, on the second day.

Bollywood Actor Kartik Aaryan was a surprise guest during Marshmello’s set in Vh1 Supersonic. Marshmello played the song Coca Cola from Kartik’s upcoming movie Luka Chuppi.

Budweiser Everywhere

An exclusive Budweiser Brew District was set up in the festival, ofering engaging experiences for people to feel more energised and integrated into the festival vibe. Barber shops, tattoo parlours, immersive photo booths were also abound across the venue.

The Quint had exclusive access to the Budweiser Viewing Stage –which provided us with a panoramic view of the festival madness.

Great crowd, friendly people, heavy security, checking and quick response teams were guarantees at the festival.

The fans did complain about the sound overlap of two different stages over each other on Day 1, but that was fixed on Day 2. Another element fans complained about, was the overlap of different performances, which put them in a dilemma to choose between two good artists - for instance - Bonobo and Marshmello.

In all, the festival held at Mahalaxmi lawns in Pune, had some great performances by leading artists and the vibe was very pleasant.
