Feeling inspired after watching Aamir Khan’s extreme physical transformation for Dangal? Hold it right there. I’ll tell you why I think that the megastar is setting the wrong example with his extreme makeover, that in all probability has been aided by steroids, which can do more harm than good.

This video has no intention of maligning Aamir Khan - I’m a big fan myself - but it’s important to get the message across, so that a young 13-year-old doesn’t end up using steroids and harming their bodies beyond repair.

For the sake of comparison, look at Akshay Kumar’s gradual physical transformation over the years. Clearly, the kind of bulky mass that Aamir seems to have gained, that too at the age of 51 years, makes me suspicious of substances that the actor could have used to get quick results.

Whatever you do, don’t try this at home.
