R Balki’s Kareena and Arjun Kapoor starrer Ki & Ka had a decent opening weekend at the box office despite the harsh words that the film got from most critics. The audience ignored the not-so-flattering reviews and went ahead to give the film a chance.
According to BoxofficeIndia.com, on opening Friday the film collected Rs 7.25 Cr, picked up business on Saturday with Rs 8.25 Cr and Sunday turned out to be the winner at Rs 9.25 Cr, taking the film’s total earnings on day 3 to Rs 24.75 Cr. Well, it seems film goers were waiting for something unconventional to come their way.
