Every time the Bachchans cross paths with Rekha, it makes news. At a recent awards night Jaya Bachchan and Rekha met briefly as they landed up on the red carpet at the same time. But the two ladies didn’t ignore each other. In fact, we saw Jaya Bachchan giving Rekha a flying kiss. These pictures say it all. Why is this a big deal? Well, industry insiders and fans at large know of Rekha and Amitabh Bachchan’s romantic past. But it seems the two ladies handle it more than maturely.
Looks like Judwaa 2 will have to wait for a while because Varun Dhawan is busy with multiple projects. His next film will be Dishoom and after that he will be doing the sequel to Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, which is titled Badrinath Ki Dulhania and is being produced by his mentor Karan Johar. So what makes Abhishek Bachchan angry? Of late, Twitter trolls seem to have been getting to him. The actor got some nasty comments on social media, for for being seen with his father Amitabh Bachchan at the India-Pakistan T20 match at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens. He obviously thought it was important to respond to the meanest ones and take their criticism head on. It isn’t easy being the star kid and Abhishek seems to know very well how to deal with haters. Actress Kangna Ranaut, who is busy replying to legal notices sent by superstar Hrithik Roshan, was recently approached by filmmaker Homi Adajania for his next directorial venture. Apparently Kangana has turned down the film and reports suggest that she doesn’t have the dates that the filmmaker needs. Adajania’s film stars Irrfan Khan in an important role and we now hear that the Finding Fanny director will be approaching Parineeti Chopra for the part.
Watch the awesome trailer of The Jungle Book voiced in Hindi by Bollywood’s prominent actors. Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Nana Patekar, Om Puri and Shefali Shah have dubbed for the main characters of this Disney flick. Priyanka Chopra is the voice of Kaa, the serpent which has been performed by Scarlett Johannsson in the English version. Irrfan is the friendly bear Baloo, Shefali Shah plays the mother wolf Raksha, Om Puri dubs for the black panther while Nana Patekar intimidates as Bagheera, the fearsome tiger in this live action series. The Jungle Book releases in India on April 8th, a week before its US release. This one might actually be worth watching in Hindi.
